How can I change the language setting before doing text capture?
To change the language before doing text capture, just swipe left from the right edge of the screen.

How to update firmware on pen scanner?
Please go to "Settings, " find "System Upgrade, " and click "Check Update" Button. Please make sure the storage and battery capacity is sufficient.
Can I use my pen scanner with ear phone?
You could use ear phone via USB Type-C or Bluetooth interface.
I cannot connect my pen scanner to worldpenscan go app, why?
Please check the following items:- Make sure the bluetooth on your smartphone is enabled.
- Make sure your smartphone and pen scanner are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure you enter the "App Connect" mode on pen scanner.
It doesn't work well on text capture or text translation, why?
Please check the following items:- Avoid a wrong scan angle. Try to keep the scan angle between 0 to 30 degree.
- Please hold it right-handed. Left-handed is not supported.
- Please make sure you place scanner head at the starting word position, and aim the arrowhead at the word. then press and drag pen scanner lightly. You should notice the auxiliary light is on when scanning.
The level of accuracy is too low for pen scanner, why?
Please check the following items:
- It is not suggested to use pen scanner on hand-writing text. Use it on printed text only.
- Please make sure the printed text conform to the following standard:
．font size: 22pt to 7.5pt
．font family: sans, sans-serif - When you use pen scanner on the screen of smartphone or tablet, it could work, but with lower accuracy. Please adjust the screen brightness to the maximum.
The translation quality is not good enough. How can I improve it?
You could connect pen scanner to Wi-Fi network. The online translation would get higher translation quality than off-line translation.
How could I translate the whole paragraph at once？
Because the translation process would be performed about 2 seconds after you stop scanning, if you want to translate the whole paragraph, please keep scanning and avoid a stop which is last longer than 2 seconds.
The touch interface is not responding, what should I do?
Long press and hold the power button for ten seconds to reboot pen scanner.
